Get to know me
Hi, I’m Alex!
A postpartum doula and lactation educator serving all of MetroWest, Central MA and surrounding areas.
I’ve had a love for babies for as long as I can remember. After having three babies of my own, I truly found my passion. I quickly realized the importance of postpartum support for new parents and knew that’s what I was meant to do. I’m not sure what we would have done without all the emotional support, meals and loads of laundry that were done to help us! I look forward to supporting you and your family.
Here’s how it works!
01. Contact Us
Send a quick message or an email and we can set up a time to chat!
02. The Consult
We’ll take some time to get to know each other virtually or in person! We’ll go over what support plan will best fit your family.
03. Our Services
Baby Bear Postpartum Care offers daytime care, overnight care and virtual support.
Sweet words from clients
The benefits of hiring a
Postpartum Doula
01. Emotional Support
Often times the postpartum period can feel overwhelming. Whether it is having someone to listen or give advice, a postpartum doula is there to support you.
02. Physical Support
Providing physical support to a family as they recover is so important. This can look different for each family and typically includes opportunities for rest, personal care, and healing.
03. Guidance & Referrals
Typically in those first few weeks many questions will arise. A postpartum doula is there to answer them! When needed, a doula can also provide the many connections they have nearby!
